ER34 Warm strting problem

Recently I had this very annoying experience whereby the car simply refuses to start when the engine is warm. First I had this experience about a month a go when I drove it to the nearest Car wash. The distance was about 3km. Then gradually it happened during stop for re-fuelling. At times it will start after 3 or 4 crank and at times it takes more than 10 min rest.

To describe further on the symptom....it happens when the car driven for a very short distance. I have been ignoring this for a while, then came the big day when the car refused to start at all. After checking the fuel pump, fuel filter fuel line then no difference. The the mechanic decided to check the CAS sensor. After removing and verifying the cam sensor he noticed that the CAS sensor had spoiled. I as very lucky that he had a spare CAS sensor and replaced. Results = Awesome, one kick the engine started. I am relieved now after curing the disease on my beloved GTT.

Nismo Bushings

After some extensive search I have found the complete NISMO bushings for the skyline. Well as everyone knows that nissan has NISMO bushings made for competition and as well as everyday road use.
There will be a time when we have to change the bushings due to ageing. Each individual has their own selection and reasons. I have always choose NISMO because it is simply engineered, tested and used in race cars for competition purpose.

My search for NISMo bushings started with the Tension rods(54460-RSR40) . The Nismo tension rods are a great way to improve the steering of the vehicle. Nismo bushing used strengthened rubber to reduce flex and in turn make the car more predictable during cornering. The body of the Nismo tension rods offer twist and fatigue resistance while still providing a very light weight and high rigidity.

*1 Always use the Circuit Link Set and the Tension Rod Set Pro together. For installation, nuts connecting the transverse link and the Tension Rod Set Pro are required (Genuine Nissan part 01223-00281). With the Tension Rod Set , the standard brake air guide cannot be installed. When installing, brake air guide (Genuine Nissan part 41182-24U01, 41183-24U01 each one unit) clips (Genuine Nissan part 41184-24U00, four units) are required. P> Please note: The standard brake air guide can not be installed. Because of the tension rod set has no bracket for the installation. When installing, the clips (Genuine Nissan part 41184-24U00, four units) are required. 

Reverse Camera

After completing the installation of MFD unit, I always wanted to install the reverse camera. However, I was unable to do it until the car goes for full re-painting process.
After a long though process , decided to go for White-flat. The car was in the paint shop for almost 2 weeks. Undergoing very tedious painting process. There is no picture to show before and after. May be later when I have time will upload.
Finally today I had some time to install the reverse camera and wire it to the MFD. Overall it took about 2.5hours to complete. Hope this will save some pressure while reversing the car at anywhere and any time.
